Transportation options
MESSAGE TO ACTC PARTICIPANTS
We are currently arranging transportation for all participants on Tuesday, 7th October, from Heraklion Airport to the ACTC meeting venue as well as on Sunday October 12th from the Venue Hotel to the Airport. We will try to accommodate as many of you as we can by providing three bus rides to the Venue Hotel on the 7th, around noon , 17.00pm and 10.30.00pm in the evening. Please note that exact time of bus-departures has not yet been finalized, since this is depending on your feedback. We would very much appreciate if you could send your flight schedule to the Meeting Secretariat (scep_ath@otenet.gr), so that we optimize the bus departure times. Kindly send your feedback by Monday, September 22 nd at the latest and we will send you a confirmation e-mail with details regarding your transportation.
