    All payment should be made in Euros without charges for the beneficiary. Please note that the late registration fee will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. A confirmation and invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be paid on-site.

    Confirmation of Participation

    When the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter, which should be presented at the Registration Desk at the ACTC Meeting.

    Certificate of Attendance

    Registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

    Cancellation Policy

    For every written cancellation received before June 30, 2014 the full amount received, less 20% handling fee will be refunded. Between July 1 and August 15, 2014, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After August 15, 2014 no refund applies. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the ACTC meeting. Bank charges will be deducted.

    Badges and Identification

    Registration badges will be used during the ACTC meeting. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges, which will be given to them upon registration, at all times. Admission to the ACTC meeting areas will not be allowed without badge identification.

    Letter of Invitation

    Those persons needing an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the ACTC meeting may write to the ACTC meeting Secretariat specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the ACTC meeting. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.

    Currency

    All ACTC meeting fees are calculated in Euros. Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the ACTC meeting Secretariat to avoid being charged the late registration fee.
